1 Red onion (cut into 6 wedges).
1 Butternut squash diced.
1 Courgette batons.
1 Red pepper diced.
Mahram hot pepper sauce.
First prepare all the vegetables and place in a roasting dish.Roast in a pre-heated oven, 180°C for 20 mins (approx.)5 minutes before the end of the cooking, squeeze on 2 tbsp of the Mahram hot pepper Sauce, give it a stir and return to the oven to glaze.Great served hot with roasted chicken or fish or cold as a salad.
