Marinate chicken with mahram Italian Dressing.
Drain chicken. Preheat pan over medium heat and cook chicken until cooked through. Chop or shred chicken and set aside.
Place the tortilla wrap on the counter in front of you. Layer over one half only the chicken, and cheese. Fold the untopped half over the meat and cheese mixture so you have a half moon.
Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp. butter. Once butter is sizzling, carefully lift 2 of the filled tortillas and place into hot pan. Cook for about 2 minute on each side, adding an additional tbsp. of butter to the pan when you turn the tortilla over.
Transfer the quesadilla to a board or plate and cut into 3 triangles. Eat with some salsa, guacamole and sour cream on the side.
