Corn Kid’s Corn Casserole

Ingredients :

  • 3 can  Mahram Sweet corn
  • 1 (8.5 oz.) package cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices chopped, cooked bacon
  • Parsley as garnish

Recipes :

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.Mix Sweet Corn, cornbread mix, sour cream, melted butter and egg until just combined. Gently stir in cheese and bacon. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.Bake 50 minutes or until casserole is set at edges. To complete dish, garnish with parsley.
