500 g beef liver cut into cubes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
¼ cup mahram BBQ sauce
1 tbsp oil
Put the livers in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Add garlic, ginger, chili powder, turmeric, oil and BBQ sauce. Wrap the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Thread the livers onto wooden skewers and pat with a tissue to remove the excess of marinade. Place on a preheated grill while basting with the rest of the marinade. Leave until cooked.
Serve immediately.
