HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli slaw and ginger and cook 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Add rice and cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Stir in Mahram thai sauce and soy sauce.
MAKE a well in the center of the rice and add eggs. Cook 3 minutes or until set. Stir into rice and cook until eggs are done.
