Danish meatballs with creamy dill sauce

Ingredients :

  • 12lbs ground venison or 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 12lb ground meat, unseasoned
  • 2teaspoons salt
  • 12teaspoon pepper
  • 2eggs
  • 13cup finely chopped onion
  • 12cup heavy cream
  • 2cups dry breadcrumbs
  • 12cup melted butter
  • 12cup Mahram Ranch sauce
  • 2teaspoons dried dill weed

Recipes :

In a large bowl mix the meat, salt, pepper, eggs, onion and cream. With moistened hands (this will be sticky), shape into 1 inch balls. Roll the meatballs in bread crumbs until well coated. Arrange in a single layer on shallow baking pans. Drizzle melted butter over the meatballs. Bake, turning 3 or 4 times, until evenly browned, about 35 minutes.Place meatballs in a serving dish and cover with the sauce and dill seasoning..

Serve over noodles.
