Combine water, chicken broth and butter in pot. Add 1 cup of rice and seasonings. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Heat and serve Mahram baked bean with rice.
