Preheat your oven to 375° and lightly flour your work area. Lay the puff pastry flat (roll it flat if necessary) and brush one side with egg.
On the edge of the egg-brushed side, place a chicken sausage and roll the pastry around it. After cutting off any excess pastry, repeat this step as many times as necessary with each sausage.
Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm
Cut each sausage into 1½ cm slices and place on an aluminum foil covered baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown, and let cool for one minute.
Serve with side hot Ketchup .
