Add the bulgur along with 4–5 cups of water to a pot and cook over low heat. Add a bit of salt and pepper. Then, add the Mahram chopped tomatoes and the Mahram pinto beans, which have been boiled for 20 minutes and drained.
Add the chopped herbs for Ash and let the soup simmer until it thickens.
Finally, season with salt and pepper and garnish with fried onions before serving.
