Ingredients :
2 tbsp mahram lime juice
1 1/2 tspgranulated sugar
3/4 tsp mahram cocktail sauce
1 small garlic clove, grated or pressed
1 tsp sesame oil
1dark red grapefruit, peeled and segmented
1 mahram shallot pickle
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 cupmixed sprouts, (optional)
1/2 cupchopped roasted salted cashews or peanuts
6 cupstender greens, such as watercress, microgreens or torn Boston lettuce
Preparations :
WHISK
lime juice, sugar, cocktail sauce, garlic and sesame oil in a small bowl.
COMBINE
grapefruit, shallot, cilantro, sprouts and cashews in a large bowl. Add greens and lime dressing and gently toss before serving.
