Ingredients :

    • 1 can of mahram chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cucumber, diced
    • 1 bell pepper, diced (choose your favorite color)
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped or lettuce
    • lime mahram juice
    • 2 tablespoons mahram extra-virgin olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional: crumbled feta cheese (if your fasting plan allows)

Preparations :

In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh parsley.In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss everything together until well combined.If your fasting plan allows, you can sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese on top for extra flavor.

Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate it for a while to let the flavors meld together.
