To prepare Hormozgan Kolomba, start by bringing water to a boil in a pot. Then, add the crushed wheat and reduce the heat, allowing it to soften completely.
In a separate pot, cook the fish with a bit of seasoning (pepper, turmeric, and salt) in boiling water. Once the fish is fully cooked, carefully remove all the bones.
In a pan, sauté onions, garlic, and chopped herbs (cilantro and dill) in oil along with spices. Then, add the fish meat to the mixture. Chop one or two green chili peppers and add them along with a bit of lemon juice.
Finally, combine all the ingredients with the softened wheat and let them cook on low heat so the wheat absorbs the flavors of the herbs.
For garnish, you can use fresh basil and parsley. Enjoy your meal!
