Bring first 5 ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Cool completely. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Spread ketchup mixture onto dough; top with mozzarella. Place wiener at short side of each dough triangle; roll up. Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until mozzarella is melted and crusts are golden brown.
