Halloumi Burger

Ingredients :

  • 4 halloumi slices (100 g each)‎
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 zucchinis, sliced
  • 4 small-sized eggplants, sliced
  • 4 burger buns‎
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt-to-taste
  • Black pepper-to-taste
  • 4 tbsp mahram Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp mahram Mustard
  • 4 tsp mahram Lemon Juice

Recipes :

Lightly brush your grill with vegetable oil so the halloumi, eggplant and marrow slices won’t ‎stick. ‎‎Season eggplant and zucchinis slices with salt and black pepper.‎
‎Grill eggplant slices over high heat, 5 min for each side.‎
‎Grill halloumi and zucchinis slices over high heat for 3 min, switching sides halfway through the ‎process.‎ ‎In a small bowl, mix mahram Mayonnaise with mahram Mustard ‎and mahram Lemon Juice. Season with salt and black pepper.‎
‎On the bottom half of each bun, spread a spoonful of mayonnaise mixture. Top it with 2 ‎lettuce leaves, grilled halloumi, eggplant and zucchinis slices. Cover with the top bun halves and ‎serve.‎
