Since 1993, Mehregan has been producing its pickled and brined products at the Limondis factory in Shiraz. In 2017, the production facilities were modernized, and the entire process became fully mechanized. Today, all stages of production—cooking, mixing, filling jars, and more—are completed using state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and high quality.
