Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl. Stir in the flour, 1 beaten egg and 1 cup of bread crumbs. Season with salt and black pepper then mix until well combined.
Scoop a medium-sized ball of potato mixture and flatten into a small pancake using your hands. Place a cube of cheese in the center. Wrap the potato mixture around the cheese. Repeat.
Dip each ball successively in the egg bowl then roll in the bread crumbs. Fry the balls in batches until golden on all sides.
Serve hot with mahram Ranch sauce.
