Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a baking sheet with your favorite cooking oil. Place all ingredients (except garlic sauce) in a large bowl and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.Shape in to 24 meatballs (about 1 1/2 inch wide) and place on the baking sheet in a single layer without having them touch each other. Bake for 15 minutes until just cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with chilled garlic sauce
