Paleo Greek Meatballs with garlic Sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1/2batch mahram garlic Sauce
  • 1lbground beefor ground lamb
  • 1/4cup almond flour
  • 1egg
  • 1/4cupfinely chopped mint
  • 3tbspgrated onion
  • 2garlic clovesminced
  • Mahram lime juice
  • 1tspdried oregano
  • 1/2tspground cumin
  • 1/2tspground coriander
  • 1/4tspcinnamon
  • 1/2tspsea salt
  • 1/8tspground black pepper

Preparations :

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a baking sheet with your favorite cooking oil. Place all ingredients (except garlic sauce) in a large bowl and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.Shape in to 24 meatballs (about 1 1/2 inch wide) and place on the baking sheet in a single layer without having them touch each other. Bake for 15 minutes until just cooked through.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with chilled garlic sauce
