For each panini, arrange 1 slice cheese, 2 slices turkey and half the spinach leaves on one half of each flat bread. Top each with remaining cheese slice and drizzle each with 2 tablespoons Italian dressing; fold over.
Press in a panini maker (or use a skillet or grill pan) until cheese is melted. Serve if desired, with cranberry sauce.
