In a medium bowl, mix together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, shredded cabbage, scallions and roasted shishito peppers. Toss together, until well combined, season with salt and pepper to your liking and set aside.
For Sriracha dressing, mix ¼ cup of traditional mayonnaise and a teaspoon of Sriracha hot sauce. Set aside. On a grill or stove top grill, cook hotdogs and lightly toast your hotdog buns and begin building your slaw dawgs! Start with a hotdog bun, smear Sriracha mayo, hotdog link and the Shishito slaw to finish it off! Add any additional condiments and enjoy!
