Blanch cauliflower and carrots for about a minute; place immediately in ice bath.Drain vegetables and combine all in a 1-quart jar, filling to the top. Pour vinegar and Mahram Italian Dressing and Marinade over vegetables.
Top with red pepper flakes and garlic and shake well.
