Spray cold grate of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Mix turkey, onion, ketchupeno, salt, pepper and garlic powder in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 8 patties, about 1/4-inch thick.
Place rolls on warming rack or over indirect heat on grill; heat 8 to 10 minutes or to desired color and crispness (165°F). Meanwhile, grill patties 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in centers (165°F). Top patties with cheese.
Carefully, cut each roll in half lengthwise. Spread mayonnaise evenly on rolls. Place patties on rolls; top each with lettuce, two pickles and tomato, securing in place with wooden pick. Serve with potato fries, if desired.
