Brush baguette slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt then grill for 5min, flipping them once halfway through the process.
Brush eggplant slices with the remaining olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper then grill them for 5 min on each side.
Layer baguette slices on a serving dish. Spread a tsp of ranch sauce on one of the slices. Top it with few eggplant slices, cherry tomatoes, and feta crumbles. Garnish with capers, parsley and basil leaves
