Hot & Tangy Wings

Ingredients :

  • 6 tbsps (90 ml) mahram mustard
  • 6 tbsps (90 ml) mahram hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml)  mahram honey
  • 3 lbs (1.5 kg) chicken wing pieces

Recipes :

  • PREHEAT oven to 450°F (230°C). MIX mustard, Hot Sauce and honey; set aside. ARRANGE wings on large foil-lined pan. Bake on lowest rack for 30 minutes until crispy, turning once.
  • TOSS wings in ½ cup (125 mL) sauce. Serve remaining sauce for dipping.
