Preheat oven to 350°F. Set aside 2 tbsp of dressing. Brush both side of each tortilla with some of the remaining dressing; stack tortillas
Cut into 8 wedges.
Scatter wedges on two rimmed baking sheets in a single layer. Bake, rotating the pans halfway, for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and curling up at the edges. Let stand on tray for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle half the cheese over one tray of chips; top with chips from second tray and remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and gooey.
Toss lettuce and tomato with reserved dressing.
Sprinkle on top before serving.
