Cook the white beans in a pot until tender. Cook the soaked bulgur wheat from the previous night with meat broth (or water), salt, and pepper until it thickens.
Cook the spinach thoroughly, then add it to the pot along with the white beans, bulgur, and the Mahram golden chickpeas (boiled for 20 minutes and drained beforehand). Let all the ingredients cook together until the Ash thickens.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Garnish with whey, fried onions, and fried mint before serving.
