Boil the Mahram canned chickpeas, pinto beans, and lentils for 20 minutes, drain, and place them in a pot. Add the chopped herbs, turmeric, and enough water to the pot. Let it cook until the vegetables are tender.
Dissolve the flour in a small amount of cold water and stir it into the pot, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add the Reshteh Ash noodles without breaking them and allow them to cook slowly until soft.
Remove the Ash from heat and garnish with plain whey, fried onions, and fried mint.
