Mini chicken burger
- 250 g ground chicken breasts
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp mahram salsa sauce
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground fennel
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup plain bread crumbs
- 4 mini burger buns
- 4 coarsely chopped lettuce leaves
- 2 sliced mahram cucumbers pickle
- 2 slices red onions
- mahram mayonnaise
- mahram ketchup
How to prepare:
To prepare the chicken patties: in a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
Mix well until combined then wrap the mixture and refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat the grill on medium heat.
Form into 4 patties and grill for 8 minutes per side.
To prepare the burgers: spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of the burger buns.
Top with chicken patties, lettuce, cucumber, onion and finally with the bun. Press lightly.
